Inspiration :
I was thinking about Robot Masters wearing ugly Christmas sweaters, then had the realization that Bright Man probably wouldn't be able to put on a sweater or any other garment that has to be pulled over the head because his massive bulb wouldn't fit through the neck hole, and this was the result.
Creation Time :
A few hours total, on and off over a couple weeks while having a near death experience from holiday stress.
